We start with a review of the plans with the architect to ensure we understand all aspects of the project. Next we conduct a detailed plan review with the home owner to get their understanding of the plans and their expectations. We follow up with a summary meeting with both parties to discuss and resolve any discrepancies and to offer suggestions for enhanced livability. Lastly, we develop an agreeable time line for completion of the project. While Lawrence focuses on building the home Terry focuses on working with the home owner to select appliances, lighting fixtures, finishes, colors etc. and begins the process of furnishing the home.
