Over the years the Halls have done a number of customs homes for themselves and a couple of major remodels. Terry is a decorator of many years and Lawrence is a retired CEO from the metals industry. Their first visit to the Charleston area was in 1976 and they have been coming back every year since. When they made their decision to move to Kiawah in 2003 there was no question as to what they wanted to do…they wanted to build lifestyles! “ I have been in charge of several commercial developments as well as a number of new homes constructions and a couple of major remodels over the years. I worked with a builder in California for a year and a half after selling our company and decided General Contracting was going to be my second career” says Lawrence Hall. “Working with the Architect and the Owner I want to build them the home of their dreams” Lawrence said. Terry’s decorating skills and her ability to “put livability” into a plan is invaluable. Her projects have been featured in House Beautiful, the special edition "Holiday Celebration" Better Homes and she has appeared on the Willard Scott "Home show." Terry has consulted with major architects on multimillion dollar homes in Southern California for the past six years. Her input helped save both time and money for the projects as well as create a lifestyle home for the clients.
